In short

Giuseppe Veneziano (born 22 February 1971 in Mazzarino, Caltanissetta, Sicily) is an Italian painter and one of the leading figures of Italian art groups "New Pop" and "Italian Newbrow". Politics, sex and religion are the three yardsticks that help Giuseppe Veneziano to assess the cultural climate of every period. In his paintings these three dimensions interact frequently, describing the chaos we are living in, among ideological and religious crises.
